BLOCK OUT THE ELEMENTS WITH RETROFOAM!

The thermal resistance of a wall, or its R-value, is its ability to slow the transfer of heat from one side to the other. Concrete blocks provide a cost-effective and structurally sound wall, but they have poor thermal resistance. Depending on the density of the blocks, an 8" thick block wall without any other type of insulation has a thermal resistance value between R-1 and R-2. The only way to reduce thermal transfer is to add insulation to the interior of exterior walls. Watch the video to see how RetroFoam gets between!
